Derek has been involved in real estate since he was young! Growing up in a household with a real estate investor and owner of a real estate sales office, he was exposed to all facets of the business. In 1993 he obtained his real estate license and began helping people with their real estate ventures. Shortly thereafter, he purchased his first investment property and began his career in the real estate business. He has been purchasing homes to increase value and resell or hold those properties for cash flow purposes. Land developing was in his bloodlines, and he began partnering with his dad, David, in land development projects. It made sense to Derek to capitalize on having ready-to-build lots, so he obtained his general contractors license and began building new and custom homes. Derek has a tremendous amount of experience with land developing, fixing and flipping homes, cash flow properties (single, multifamily, & commercial real estate), owner financing, creative financing and partnerships, owning and operating a property management company, and much more!

Hunter is a third-generation real estate professional whose love of the industry began while hanging around his family’s real estate investment brokerage, walking potential developments and projects with his dad, and maintaining properties for his grandfather. His knowledge of the real estate industry grew as a property manager, and, after receiving his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University, he obtained his realtor license. Wanting to further develop his marketing and entrepreneurial capabilities, he attended the University of Oregon’s Lundquist College of Business and received his master’s degree. He has most recently worked as a land acquisition analyst for a large national luxury home builder in the Boise, Idaho market.

He is currently studying at Utah Valley University. Broderek has professional experience in various industries and brings invaluable skills in communication, marketing, property management, and sales.
